This week we will be running over to Heaton mersey and helping out the lovely lady Dorothy to help with her wonderful community projects, we will either be back in the community garden to tidy it up, or we will be down in the woods clearing the area, either way its a lovely run, and with the weather getting better we might run by the river?? How lovely, no excuses not to come along.

Group run cancellation
Following extensive research, consultation with our trustees and work on how GoodGym as a community can play a positive role during the Coronavirus outbreak we have reached the conclusion to make extensive changes to our operations.
**All group runs will stop for the foreseeable future**
This decision has been made as these are the events at which most people gather and at which we are most at risk of spreading infection.
