6 GoodGymers made their way 8km to help the Feeding Coventry in Coventry.

Tonight 6 GoodGym Coventry members ran 8km to support Ffeeding Coventry at the social supermarket.
There were cans aplenty and the GoodGym crew counted them perfectly.
As it was a longer run tonight, Laura led a short strength workout for the first runners back.
