4 GoodGymers made their way to help the St George's Harbour Church and Portsmouth Residents and Visitors in Portsmouth.

4 Goodgymers helped out at the St George's foodbank. We packed food for families and individuals whilst Lucy pushed socks on anyone she could. The foodbank is a safe, kind, warm space for those in need in our community and Goodgym are proud to be involved.
