14 GoodGymers made their way 6.4km to help the The Norwich Food Bank in Norwich.

We had our 2nd visit to the Norwich Food Bank in as many weeks, it really is a tremendous task.
Nial was participating on his 1st Group Run and Alina has now completed 10 good deeds.
A few people met us at the task and was great to see Katy again.
We got so much done in the hour we were there, well done everyone!
