The Exhibitions, introduced in 2004 by the Rotary Club of Abbeydale, have developed into the largest annual young artists event in the UK, featuring works from over 50 schools. The Exhibition is usually held over 2 days at the beginning of May, opened on the Friday by the Lord Mayor. The 2020 event has has to be suspended and will now be held October 16th/17th. Screens need to be transferred from Sheffield Botanical Gardens to Ponds Forge on Wednesday 14th October at 2.30pm and returned on Monday 19th October at 9,30am. The task is to load and offload the van. (6/8 people required) 2 people are needed to carry each screen to the van (distance approx. 15 metres)

Please note that this community mission has been cancelled.

Help to load display screens from a warehouse to a van for transport to the Exhibition venue, Ponds Forge.

We will load up a van with the screens at the bottom entrance of Sheffield Botanical Gardens, then we will run down to Ponds Forge to help them unload!

Without our help the exhibition won't be able to take place and it's the largest exhibition for young artists in the UK!
