4 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Portsmouth.

Three lunatics (plus one mini lunatic) took the plunge in to the sea after our litter pick this morning. The sea was actually very warm but the waves were BIG!
Ellie was a little more organised with her cold weather swim gear and was joined by her boyfriend further down the beach.
