Four hardy GoodGymmers took to the beach this morning for a very damp litter pick!

We welcomed Sinéad on her second ever mission. She even managed to tick an experience off GoodGym Bingo - finding a pair of pants!

We also found the aftermath of what looked like a great party - gold stars, party blowers and lots of bottle caps were amongst out haul.

Only Jen and Rachel were mad enough to take a dip this morning, whilst Lynn and Sinead made the more sensible decision to head to the Coffee Cup!

Thank you for a lovely (if soggy) morning, everyone!
