In this session we will work on changes of pace. I think. I haven't written the session yet! There are various things I have to practice for my CiRF course, by coming along you will really help me with this! And hopefully get something out of it yourselves too.

I've chosen Markfield Park so we can get a hot beverage at Craving Coffee afterwards if we want :) I'm having trouble changing the start location though - meet at Markfield, not Tottenham Green!

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
