A de-lightful Tuesday Group Run
2 GoodGymers made their way 10.0km to help their local community in Stockport.

This week's GoodGym Stockport group run was a de-lightful 10km circuit run in our loudest, proudest, brightest hi vis gear and headtorches.
With the clocks going back,the mornings darker and the nights drawing in, being visible while running is a certainly a 'bright idea' and we jumped at the chance to support #RunBrightAtNight campaign which was initiated by a follow Area Activator to raise awareness of running at night safety.
From luminous lime green to fluorescent flamingo coral, every spectrum of the hi vis colours were covered. Head (torches) over heels we ran, and even the infamous Dynasty lit the way home for us!
De - Lightful!
