Please note that this training session has been cancelled.
Meet at the leisure centre
This session will be either a hill, interval, pyramid or fartlek session. The format will be as follows;
Warm up: (10-15 mins) We will begin with a easy run to our session location
Session: (30 mins) We will be in one location so no-one will get left behind
Cool down (10-15 mins) Jog back to the leisure centre at the pace of the slowest runner, followed by stretches

Sign up by 5:00pm on Tuesday 19th January so we can let Helen know who to expect.

Meet in the foyer of the leisure centre. Look out for GoodGym members with red t-shirts. There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at Bath Sports and Leisure Centre, and Bath Sports and Leisure Centre and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages.
