Restore the eco-garden at St Mark's church

Increase bio-diversity by getting rid of unwanted weeds

Who this task will support
St Mark’s Church
A lovely, large community space. One of the last green areas in Surbiton

Please note that this community mission has been cancelled.

The rear area of the church has been developed into an eco garden but is starting to become too overgrown. The hedges and shrubs need pruning and there's some light weeding and clearing. Nothing high level or too heavy duty.

Risks
Gardening gloves required. Sensible precautions needed for potential broken glass, working on grass slopes etc. No other risk factors of note. The area has undergone extensive tree and shrub pruning by private contractors so it's a general tidy up.

Notes
Please bring your own gardening gloves. Loos and hand washing facilities available.

How are you getting there?
