This made a bed difference
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lambeth.

This evening Effie and I met to help Miss M move a bed from her flat outside for the council to collect.
A new bed had been supplied due to her existing one causing her respiratory problems.
After 15 minutes we had managed to move the mattress and the 2 sections of bed.
Miss M was very grateful and apologised for not having any chocolate to give us😄
