Remove a chair for Mr C

Age UK have been in touch to ask if we can help Mr C again who would like a couple of GoodGym volunteers to remove a chair from his flat - take it down a flight of stairs and put it in the designated place for the council to take it away - this is a couple of yards from his flat.

With the chair in the flat, there is no room for a table in Mr C's living room. Instead, the table is pushed into the kitchen where it blocks him from having proper access to kitchen equipment and cleaning a part of the kitchen. It also poses a falls risk as there is not enough space in the room for Mr C to get around safely.
