Move the Masses

The Castle Howard Triathlons are a series of events on the 24th and 25th July.

The company approached me at Move the Masses to ask for help with volunteers, so as well as doing an important volunteer roles for our fellow running/cycling types, for every hour you help out, they'll also donate money, hurrah!

Not only that but you also get a free breakfast and/or lunch (depending on what time you're volunteering) and maybe a free t-shirt too.

We'll be helping out at the registation and finish line area, so we'll all be 'event village' people and be hanging out as a big team.

You can volunteer for one or more shifts, it will be loads of fun and you can have a lovely trail run in the area before or after too!
