Refreshing the Garden at St Christophers Childrens home

St Christopher’s vision is for every child and young person to be safe, loved & happy, to achieve their potential and have a bright future. Their mission is to create brighter futures for children and young people. They do this by providing fostering, residential and support services where children and young people can feel safe and cared for.

We've recently returned back to St Christophers after to the pandemic and we'll be starting by tackling their garden for them. Tasks will vary from mowing, cutting back bushes, tidying and various gardening related tasks. This will be a regular monthly visit now for the foreseeable.

Starting at The Tap Tavern at 18:45, we will be leading a circa 2km run to St Christophers.

For those that need it, The Tap Tavern have kindly agreed to let us use their upstairs venue (DJKs) as a secure locked area for bag drops every Monday evening.

We will be leading the run back to The Tap Tavern after the mission.

Tools will be provided but please wear clothes you're happy to garden in and if you can bring your own gloves, that would be ideal.
