Knowing how good we are at partying we have been asked if we can help set up, serve and clear up at the Christmas party for older residents at Raynham Way Community Centre. They would like us to be there from 10:00 to 5:00. If you are only able to do part of the session can you let me know in the comments so that I know that we have the whole event covered.

We will be there to set up the hall, laying the tables and getting it looking festive. We will then serve the dinner to the guests and help clear up afterwards. All volunteers will also have an opportunity to eat a lovely three course meal and there will be drinks available too!

It will be fun event and will get you into the Christmas spirit.

Transport can be provided to this task from the town centre for people form the Asylum Seeker Community- please let me know in advance so that this can be arranged.

How are you getting there?
