The Trees are Trim & apparently so are we?

6 of us met in support of Chiswick House & Grounds to assist with maintenance of epicormic shoot regrowth along the grounds avenue of trees. After giving a few of their trees a buzz cut around the trunk we jogged to Turnham Green for the first outdoor fitness session most of us had attempted in months! Not quite killer but very nearly!! It was definitley good to shake off the cobwebs & remind our muscles that we do still know what a mountain climber feels like.
