A tremendously sunny day as we each ran our 5k in tribute to parkrun.

Tracey saw a sign for a T-junction near Thulston (in the background of the picture is a tiny triangle from a give way sign along the road). When she turned left and entered Thulston, she took a picture of herself in her Good Gym T-shirt next to the village sign, a tree and a thirty sign.

Katherine went one better and found thirty-one, some tables outside The Navigation pub, and a trellis.

That may well make Radio 4 listeners think about Mrs Trellis of North Wales, where Gwyn is based. He had an excellent excuse not to run on Saturday, but has put in plenty of miles over the course of the week, and was with Tracey in spirit for every step of her run. He telephoned the Ts he could see from his hospital ward, where he is undergoing a course of tazocin; there was a table in his room, some trees outside the window (as well as a view of Snowdon), and one or two tubes.

Peter saw some a different sort of tube; tube trains, and some train tracks as well. He was dressed in a T-shirt and trainers. Tracey’s trainer also appeared next to some twigs, whilst Katherine’s twigs were tastefully arranged in the shape of a T along with a thistle and thorns.

More trainers appeared next to a tyre that Tracey saw on a unicyclist in training (on tarmac), and Katherine went one better yet again, seeing two tyres, as well as a tea towel on the track.

Peter saw some traffic lights and a telegraph pole, both with a tree in the background. Tracey saw a road sign mentioning a yew tree, which was puzzling, as it was next to a totally different tree! Peter spotted more signs; Temple Fusion restaurant, The Cricketers (with their lovely top hats), toilets, and a T-shaped dead-end sign. Tracey saw a sign for the Panjab Times, two warnings to deter potential trespassers, and a totally blank notice.

The final two pictures are a thank you for NHS and key workers that Peter saw, and a tribute to the NHS that Tracey spotted. The NHS has played a big part in my life recently, with the two people that I love more than anything spending some time in hospital. As well as the obvious increase in workload, there's also the trouble of handling the extra telephone calls from people like me who in other times would simply have been visitors. Here’s wishing Gwyn a full and speedy recovery.

Thanks to everyone for taking part over the last eight weeks, we've reached the end of our proxy-parkrun alphabet challenge. Terrific work!
