Race for Life Pretty Muddy is Cancer Research's brilliant fun 5k muddy obstacle course.

👏 Let's support the muddy runners with cheers of encouragement as a marshal or general event volunteer! 👏

You'll need to register your details with Cancer Research as well as signing up with GoodGym, so please fill out their simple volunteer form and await further details from the organiser.

Further information about volunteering at a Race for Life event can be found here.

Once you've registered as a volunteer via Cancer Research UK you will receive updates about the day including an email 2 weeks ahead of the event so please keep an eye out for this. You should also receive an invite via email to a pre-event welcome call with the Event Manager from Cancer Research UK. This is taking place on Tuesday 5th July at 6pm via Teams.

Timings have now been confirmed as 8am to 2pm - please let the organising team know when you arrive if you can't make it for the full day.

I love the combination of exercise with supporting others, putting that energy to good use!
