7 GoodGymers made their way to help the Redbridge Mutual Aid FoodBank in Redbridge.

Friday was an unload and packing session. Today was just a packing session. But what made this special was we were celebrating Jenny's 100, and James and Julia's 200 good deeds. Jenny brought some lovely cakes along, so breaks were a lot more enjoyable. We were done quicker than normal as there were only around 30 packages to do. Time to find some shade after the task finished.
