In the shadow of the bright lights of IKEA, 6 Coventry GoodGym runners ran 4.5km and plogged a very busy shared path and subway in Coventry.
#Plogging is a combination of the Swedish word plocka (pick) and jogging, and is an excellent way to clock up some miles and spruce up your local area. Whilst litter picking we found lots of sauce packets and not one but two umbrellas. We filled three bin bags of rubbish before running back to the Council House for some flapjack (thanks Lil) and our weekly group run.
