Plogging in Amberley
4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Camden.

Following an enjoyable run over the hills and through the mud at the Maverick West Sussex, four goodgymmers set about litter picking our way to the pub. There wasn’t a huge amount of rubbish to be found, but we did pick up a few items including sweet wrappers, gel packets and coffee cups. We celebrated our achievements with a massive meal.
