Essex league run in the sun

Pleshey village and Springfield Striders hosted a half marathon in the autumn sun. The mist cleared for the 10:30 start and a host of athletic clubs from Essex competed for points and prizes. Ella, representing Colchester Harriers, endured a tough, hilly run and seemed to enjoy it as she climbed the steep hill toward the finish. Tav, on the other hand strolled around the village and countryside spotting Red Kites and Red Deers! (and cheering our Goodgym hero)!
