A new shopping bag from Ms L for the first day of the new month - it was all Bees. Conveniently (at least for this week's iconic 70's band inspired run report title), her list also contained her usual high content of Greens too...as they say in Massachusetts, those green veggies do keep the night fever away and ensure you're stayin' alive...of course you should be dancing too.
