Planting and preparing ground at Aintree Hospital
Helping our Hospitals develop gorgeous outdoor spaces to relax and aid recovery
Please note that this community mission has been cancelled.
The Task Another session working with the NHS Recovery Ranger at a selection of Liverpool Hospitals, to help create beautiful spaces for nature and people to recover and thrive, turning patches of grass into wildflower meadows, planting trees and making some magic happen! This time at Aintree Hospital and as a Community Mission so we can give them a little more time to help out with their allotment for patients and staff.
Now the evenings are getting darker it's a good idea to bring a head torch if you have one! And as always, bring your own gloves.
The Meet Up Point The meet up point is on Higher Lane, roughly a 6 minute walk down Higher Lane from Longmore Lane. The nearest postcode is L9 7LT but this only puts you in the general area, the exact point can be found via this What 3 Words Location Link. I will also put a screenshot of the map in our WhatsApp group to help, and we can drop a location marker in the group once one of us is there! Give me a shout if you need any more help finding the spot!
How are you getting there?
