Ok, so there are so many online workouts and ideas. But here is a link to help have some variety and in order to stay connected to Goodgymers, let’s give make it so that we can get PB’s. If you are out running, stay a good distance from everyone. If you are home try skipping, burpees with some tinned food as weights and using the stairs ( see the link).

So on Wednesday and Friday it will be challenge day...hold the Plank as long as you can. Time it! I wonder if on Friday you can beat Monday?

Park in the Leisure World Car park, and then meet us in the reception area seating. Look out for GoodGym Runners in red T-shirts. There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at Leisure World, and Leisure World and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages.

Age Restriction

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
