Complete this before Sunday for lockdown kudos- don’t forget to sign up to get involved.

This week you have to pick five exercises from the list below and complete them by Sunday evening. You can pick any five and do them in any order, even if you do them all on the same day! As always, take a picture in your GG tee or if somewhere you go and post them with your comments in the Facebook group or on WhatsApp.

Your choices are:

  • Run a fast 5k

  • Walk somewhere new

  • Complete 20 sit ups

  • Run a slow 60 minutes

  • Do 20 press ups

  • Complete three, 30 second wall sits

  • Do a 30 second plank

  • Do 12 tricep dips

  • Complete a bike ride of any distance

  • Do a slow 3k run

  • Run or walk with a friend
