This week you have to pick five exercises from the list below and complete them by Sunday evening. You can pick any five and do them in any order, even if you do them all on the same day! As always, take a picture in your GG tee or if somewhere you go and post them with your comments in the Facebook group or on WhatsApp.

Walk somewhere new
Complete 20 sit ups
Run a slow 60 minutes
Do 20 press ups
Complete three, 30 second wall sits
Do a 30 second plank
Do 12 tricep dips
Complete a bike ride of any distance
Do a slow 3k run
