GoodGymers, we need you . Your fellow exercisers need you! Yep, we're after the most creative home fitness sessions on the planet.
The Challenge
Ditch one of your regular runs for a front room fitness session - and then tell us about it. We're after baked bean tin-burpees, Lenor lat rows, backpack bicep curls, staircase sprints, meltdown marching...You got it, we want it.
The challenge will run for the whole of April and the winner will receive a shout-out-and-a-half - we are going to compile a fitness portfolio like no other to share with the world.
