running parkrun
6 GoodGymers made their way to help the Salthill junior parkrun in Slough.

It was lovely to get involved the return of junior parkrun at Salthill after their Christmas break.
We'd offered to help fill the roster and as always the events team were over the moon for our help.
With duties as marshals, scanning and tail walking, we even managed a few km's for the challenge!
