Elizabeth House is a thriving multi-purpose community centre in the heart of Highbury, aiming to improve the lives of local residents and keep people connected.

Their food hub has been in operation all the way through lockdown, and Goodgym have been offering assistance with food donations, every Friday evening in August.

Tonight John, Rachel and Paul undertook our well-practised role of sorting food deliveries into categories. Rachel also "socially-distanced" four eggs into each six-space egg box, while John and Paul helped with packing small bags with washing powder ready for distribution.

All work done, it was time to depart, and John and Rachel were spotted running off down Gillespie Road towards their respective homes.
