Pick pick pick pick picking...pick a little egg for me

One Goodgym member ran to help out at the Social Supermarket in Coventry.

Katherine was on picking and packing duty today, making sure items selected by supermarket members were correctly picked and packed into their bags before carrying the bags outside for the customers to collect. A good way to increase your daily step average as well as some weight training given the weight of the bags when they're fully of loaded up with shopping! Lots of eggs needed dividing into smaller bathches of 6 and then the shift was finished off with filling up the shelves in the shop with more tins and produce ready for next week's deliveries.

A particular highlight was receiving lovely smiles and big thank yous from many of the happy customers.
