On a gorgeous sunny Sunday morning the famous five set out on their latest adventure. Continuing the job of tidying the garden started the week before we chose from a plethora of tools and set to work.

Dave and Darren were on lopper duty and had obviously shaped many bushes before as their work was reminiscent of the late Capability Brown. Matt worked the garden into the corner and delivered a stirling performance making it look spotless. Alice and Richard finished off weeding the beds so that they could be planted up. Lots of slugs and wiggly worms!

11 o’clock. Time for fish and chips and a drinks break. Why is it always harder to start again after taking a break?

A bit more work and this left a bit of clearing around the entrance to the garden, and a mow of the lawn from Dave.

WHAT A DiFFERENCE!!!!

A good prune can always reveal some things you wouldn’t expect ;) like some balls and a giant caterpillar.

What a lovely way to spend a Sunday morning, with wonderful people, making a difference. Goodgym really is special.
