  • Like challenging fell running in beautiful countryside?
  • Enjoy cream teas?
  • Prefer the cream on before the jam*?

If so then THIS is the event for YOU.

This is a half marathon or marathon in North Devon's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Woolacombe Bay is the centre point and runners follow a figure-of-eight around stunning coastal scenery and inland trails, taking in the scenery of some of North Devon's most beautiful beaches and coastal villages.

The route is challenging. There is 1,300ft of ascent for the half marathon and 3,300ft for the full marathon. Merrell UK described is at the 6th toughest out of 10 in the UK

But best of all ..

There is a complementary cream tea and medal for all finishers

June 2017 sounds like it's ages away but this race WILL sell out. Apparently, Runner’s World reviewers rated this run at an amazing 93%, with an incredible 100% saying that they would do it again.

So sign up here and then go and register right away at North Devon AONB Marathon
