44 teams from Norfolk and further afield took part in the Norfolk Gazelles 'Don't Pass The Baton' Lockdown relay yesterday. A 17-hour relay where club/group members run/walk as far as they can in 1 hour while carrying their own take on a baton.

GoodGym Norwich had 28 representatives over the 17x 1-hour timeslots (more than one person can go at the same time) with Darren and Pete starting the 1st leg at 6am and Helen completing the relay at 11pm. We completed a total of 166.98 miles (or 267.17 kilometres) throughout the day.

It really was a fantastic event organised by the Norfolk Gazelles that brought runners back together again.

The best part was all the varieties of batons, which GoodGym did not disappoint in! Check out all of the photos.
