Goodgym gives you wings

The 1st day of a new year saw 293 people get out of bed and have a 5K amble around Catton Parkrun. Us eagled eyed Goodgymers volunteering today spotted a glorious sight, a Red GG wings 💯 t shirt. Straight away we were in there, hello we’re Goodgym Norwich welcome. Not sure Matt & Eloise from Hounslow new what hit them it was lovely to meet fellow Goodgymers. GG Ian was running today, we introduced him to our new friends from Hounslow, Ian was once a GG in that big city London . There were 8 first timers to Parkrun today, hopefully they will continue to enjoy their Parkrun experience, approx 20 Parkwalkers with our very own Alina the blue high viz person wandering amongst them.
