Post work pre-dinner run on Wednesday evening .

Plan on running for 45 mins, which will be around 3.5 to 4.5 miles, but we'll take it at a pace to suit everyone, and I'll include a quick warm up to start and a stretch off to end.

Start and end at the same location and if there's interest I'll make this a regular run, mixing up routes.

Meet outside of the Stags Head Pub.
