Moving some furniture for Ms C
Ms C requires furniture to be moved to facilitate provision of hospital bed and other equipment, minimising her falls risk and allowing her to be discharged home from hospital.

17:00 - 18:30We have been asked if we can help get Ms C home from hospital by moving some furniture at her home. This will entail dismantling a double bed and placing this in the spare room with mattress, which will clear the room for the hospital bed. Please also remove the small table next to the bed and place in the spare room. In the dining room, please move the filing cabinet into the living room and turn the table around so it is against the wall where the filing cabinet was, remove dining chairs and place in living room. In the bathroom there is x 1 light bulb which is out, a friend has purchased new light bulb and it would be great if this could be changed please.
