2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Norwich.

Two of us moved some furniture to get the room set up ready for when the gentleman returns home from hospital, so that he can be more mobile at home. We discussed the fortunes of Norwich City Football team with the lady of the house, and decided that we had earned more in brownie points tonight than Norwich have achieved so far this season.
