5km in a specific time? Run a certain distance?

If anyone wants help or advice with training plans etc feel free to ask.
Let's make May magnificent!
Huw - get back within 90 seconds of a 5km PB
Abul - achieve the bronze county standard in as many distances as possible starting with 5km
Mel - run a mile in 13.29
Dave - achieve as many silver county standards as possible
Elena - sub 28 minute 5km
Jen - gold standard in six distances, 5k, 5 miles, 6 miles, 10k, 7 miles and 8 miles.
