12:30 - 14:15Go out whenever you fancy this month and pick up some litter from your local streets. Choose an area and plan your route; then pop out with a bag, some gloves. a picker (if you have one), maybe a buddy/dog and fill up a bag with rubbish.
When you have filled a bag, before you dispose of it, take a picture and send it to me on WhatsApp or email- jamessmith@goodgym.org. A big smiley selfie of you on the job would be great too! Anytime you fancy before the end of the month. I'll set up another for next month too.
