The Early Bird Catches The Van
5 GoodGymers made their way to help the Bristol Churches Winter Night Shelter in Bristol.

It was almost a case of "blink and you'll miss it" this morning as the van carrying the mattresses and duvets arrived super early at Horfield Methodist Church.
No matter, we had soon shifted the gear leaving Jayne to continue with her run, Ady to find some hills to run up (of which there are plenty off Gloucester Road), Alex to manage to get to parkrun on time and Zdeni and I to make our way into town for a bit of refuelling before this morning's other community mission.
