New year cheer!
6 GoodGymers made their way to help the Southsea parkrun in Portsmouth.

6 lovely Goodgymers - one of them Loisa all shiny and new - helped out Southsea Parkrun at their first event of the year. Stones were shovelled, strong independent women lifted heavy buckets and maintained an injury free tunnel, Dave ran and sorted tokens like a pro whilst Judy, Tess and Katie cheered and marshalled the crowds. Fun running was had by all and it was lovely to see so many Goodgymers running the course!
