Lido painting and weeding
6 GoodGymers made their way to help the Hilsea Lido in Portsmouth.

This week the Lido team involved Jo Cooke, Lynn, Val, Mel, Sam and I - another chance for some of us to meet up for the first time since lockdown. Sam spent 2 hours tying the roses and shrubs to the perimeter fence so they can grow up it; Mel & Jo did a grand job clearing weeds from the Blue Lagoon seating area; and Val and Lynn started the time-consuming task of painting the metal gates. This task will need to be finished by next week's Lido team.
