4 GoodGymer runners and 1 injured GoodGymer arrived at LUOS to the funky tunes of bosa nova playing on the speakers in celebration of their daily open hub, welcoming the community to their beautiful gardens, café and groups that come meet regularly to learn, talk and support each other - and of course eat fabulous produce!

We set to work, guided by the lovely Layla, filling watering cans and getting the hose out. The plants were looking thirsty after several days without rain.

Sam and Neil heading off to the tap at the far side to water the HuMunGous su flowers and herb garden. Kapil and Steve made their way to the other tap and did a great job of filling their cans despite Cathy turning off their water supply accidently 🤭

Cathy stayed attached to the trustee hose to avoid further injury and took to watering the massive peppermint/sage bush.

We managed to water the WHOLE garden by the end of the mission (save the grass of course 😅).

Layla kindly plied us with fresh mangoes, yellow sweet peppers, potatoes, rhubarb, courgettes and MaSsiVE marrows (though none of us felt we could carry the marrows home).
