Cold, Quiet, Running
3 GoodGymers made their way 6.0km to help the Solihull Council in Solihull.

Last night Rob, Fiona and Chris met up for a run around Solihull town centre.
We decided it was too cold to be walking around the local parks picking up litter in the cold, so to keep warm we went for a run, Fiona decided she was not going to talk the whole run to see if she helped improve her running, We all waited to see how long it would take for her to talk. She managed at least halfway round before having to stop and have a little chat and catch our breaths.
After this, it was time for the final push back to base, which as always involves a lovely Strava segment, Rob led the way with Chris hot on his tail and Fiona not much further behind, I think we all managed a new PB which was excellent.
We will be back next week to do more running and good, hope to see you there!
