On a chilly Monday morning, Tessa, Anita, Juli, Amy and Sheila met to litter pick along some streets in Maidenhead that were in need of clearing up. It was a return visit to one of the streets that we had cleared 3 weeks ago, so we were a bit dismayed to find that it had got into a state again. After Amy had left her bike with a friendly shop-owner, we set to work picking up as much litter as we could. The hour just zipped by, and we had each collected a full bag. The lady from Cook kindly allowed us to use her commercial bin to dispose of the rubbish, and after the customary photo shoot, we all went our separate ways
