Friends of the Memorial Park have asked for help at their litter pick this weekend. Meet at the Visitor's Centre from 8.30am. Equipment will be provided. Please remember to wear gloves.

The Friends had planned to hold the last litter pick of this year on Sunday, but with regret we've taken the decision to cancel, partly due to the new Covid rule of 6 and partly because the weather forecast isn't looking too good rain wise.
We will be doing it again next year, probably starting in the spring, we will need the park to be looking the best for our 100th Anniversary and the City of Culture, so keep reading these posts for more details
