Welcome to GoodGym Hammersmith and Fulham! We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community.

THE TASK

This week we're helping out TRAID With packing their remaining sale stock in their Shepherd's Bush store.

Cookie & Beth C will be meeting at Bears at 6.30pm and running up to the TRAID store if you would like to get a run in! 🏃
