I'm going to avoid setting the report to music this week, sorry.

Tonights task was for Nightstop, the new charity offering emergency accommodation. After some sweaty hill runs and a brief chat about who smelled worst, we made our way down St Marys Fields to spread the word.

Relatively few dogs snapping at our fingers, but some tough letterboxes and setting off a car alarm, the five of us managed a wide area before heading up to hilly fields for some relay sprints and exercise drills. We get many benefits from such a hilly town..

All settled we headed back to Mercury theatre then home. Its great to get out and about whilst the warm summer evenings last, whilst trying to do some good in the community. Onto the foodbank next week, with some talk about a new social event soon...
