Busting a move for DanceWest

We welcomed Becky back after an absence from Goodgym missions as four runners went to help promote the vital work of DanceWest and its brand new dedicated space.

After a lovely introduction to the organisation from its founder Rosie, the team set off leaflets in hand to highlight the benefits to the community.

Completing several roads, and dodging several irritated dogs, the team ran back towards the meeting point, diverging as they needed to get out of the cold.

A positive mission overall, and one we will return to in future!
